Spencer Rubin joined BCD as an intern in 2007, and becameProject Manager in 2008.

In this role, Spencer is responsible for restaurant development. From site due diligence to store design through construction, Spencer ensures budgets and timelines are met.  Spencer also has a particular concentration in restaurant renovations and sourcing/purchasing.

Spencer has worked in the front-of-house with Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, and in the back-of-house at a variety of restaurants and corporate dining facilities, including two locations run by Restaurant Associates.  During the summer of 2006, Spencer worked with the team that developed a corporate dining facility at Conde Nast Publications.

Spencer graduated from The Hotel School at Cornell University where he received a Bachelor or Science with a concentration in restaurant development.
