Spencer Rubin, an intern for BCD in the summer of 2007, has joined our staff as a project manager.  Spencer is a 2008 graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University where his focus was on restaurant development and management. 
 
Spencer has worked in the front-of-house with Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, and in the back-of-house at a variety of restaurants and corporate dining facilities, including two locations run by Restaurant Associates.  During the summer of 2006, Spencer worked with the team that developed a corporate dining facility at Condé Nast Publications.
